Jasionowy Gaj is an excellent starting point for trekking and cycling trips (bikes and scooters for rent) as well as longer trips by car; 100 m away from a forest next to Wigry National Park, 1.5 km away from Pagan Sudovian Cemetery, 4 km away from Suwalki, 6 km from Sports and Recreation Centre Szelment, Jesionowa Mountain, Suwałki Landscape Park, Smolniki Nature Reserve – Bachanowo Geological Reserve at Czarna Hańcza River, Łopuchowskie Geological Reserve, Hańcza Lake, Cisowa Mountain, Rospuda Valley, Stańczyki railway viaducts and Wigry Lake. It is located close to the national road no. 8 with easy access to the following towns and cities: Vilnius, Druskininkai, Kaunas, Augustów, Giżycko, Olecko. "Jasionowy Gaj" is situated close to Szelment ski lift.

All active people are also welcomed in the winter. We recommend alpine and cross-country skiing, sleigh rides, [ski hire on the spot] bonfire celebrations to warm-up after travel, home-made food, music, dance and singing all night long.
